While Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star and former Miss USA Kenya Moore is hoping for a ring, NeNe Leakes has hers. Ex-husband Gregg Leakes proposed to NeNe on New Year's Eve in a grand romantic fashion with rose pedals and candles. The renewed couple has rekindled the spark in their 17 year relationship after divorcing in 2011. The divorce came in the wake of negative comments made by Gregg Leakes in a radio interview concerning his wife. In an interview, NeNe Leakes told Sister to Sister Jamie Foster Brown, "When we broke up, Gregg moved out for a year. We divorced while Gregg was out. Then, once we divorced, we found ourselves being friends. And there was nothing left to fight about." Distance seems to have brought this couple back together. The engagement is one among several recent celebrity engagements.
